{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-509.010","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 509.010","heading":"Definitions.","body":"The following definitions apply in this chapter unless the context otherwise requires:\n(1) \"Relative\" means a parent, ancestor, brother, sister, uncle or aunt.\n(2) \"Restrain\" means to restrict another person's movements in such a manner as to\ncause a subst antial interference with his liberty by moving him from one place to\nanother or by confining him either in the place where the restriction commences or\nin a place to which he has been moved without consent.
