{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-531.020","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 531.020","heading":"Distribution of obscene matter.","body":"(1) A person is guilty of distribution of obscene matter when, having knowledge of its\ncontent and character, he:\n(a) Sends or causes to be sent into this state for sale or distribution; or\n(b) Brings or causes to be brought into this state for sale or distribution; or\n(c) In this state, he:\n1. Prepares, or\n2. Publishes, or\n3. Prints, or\n4. Exhibits, or\n5. Distributes, or\n6. Offers to distribute, or\n7.
