{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-533.220","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 533.220","heading":"Failure to complete reading skills improvement program.","body":"Any person sentenced to the reading skills improvement program specified in KRS\n533.200 who fails to successfully complete the program within the time specified, who\nfails to attend as required, or fails to make progress toward successful completion, shall\nbe reported to the sentencing court, and the court shall ascertain whether or not the\nfailures are willful or the person is actually incapable of successfully completing the\nprogram due to an intellectual or other disability, or other reasons beyond his c ontrol.
