{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-56.150","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 56.150","heading":"Expenses of administration.","body":"(1) The cabinet and the State Treasurer may employ such assistance and incur such\nexpenses as are necessary to carry out the purposes of KRS 56.065 to 56.180.\n(2) All such expenses may be debited against the Commonwealth's property and\ncasualty insurance fund,  and paid on warrant of the cabinet, but the total of such\nexpenses during any fiscal year shall not exceed ten percent (10%) of the total\nreceipts of the fund during the same fiscal year.\n(3) If such expenses are incurred at a time when there is not a suf ficient amount in the\nfund to pay them, they shall constitute a prior claim to be paid out of the first\nreceipts of the fund thereafter before any damages on account of insured losses are\npaid.","path":["KRS Chapter 56"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=56052","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:49:10Z","sha256":"10179ed824ae28d5ed3c2db6eda2375dc425c3fb108655679607ec82c1d8857a","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-56.140","next":"us-ky/krs-56.160"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
