{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-56.760","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 56.760","heading":"Displacement assistance provided jointly with federal government or","body":"directly.\n(1) When federal funds are available for payment of direct financial assistance to\ndisplaced persons, the state agency may match such federal funds to the extent\nprovided by federal law and to provide such direct financial assistance in the\ninstances and on the conditions set forth by federal law and regulations.\n(2) When federal funds are not available or used for payment of direct financial\nassistance to persons displaced b y the acquisition of property by the state, the state\nagency may provide direct financial assistance to such persons. Financial assistance\nauthorized by this subsection shall not exceed the total amount that would have\nbeen payable under subsection (1) of this section if federal funds had been available\nor used.
