{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-56.8135","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 56.8135","heading":"Annual report by agency if space reconfigured, use changed, or number of","body":"employees occupying space changed for state-owned or leased property.\n(1) Except as provided in subsection (3) of this section, in September of each year,\nevery agency shall report to the Finance and Administration Cabinet concerning any\nstate-owned or leased property if, in the preceding twelve (12) months, the agency\nhas:\n(a) Reconfigured ten percent (10%) more of the space; or\n(b) Changed the use of ten percent (10%) or more of the space; or\n(c) Changed the number of employees occupying the space by ten percent (10%)\nor more.\n(2) An agency's report shall include:\n(a) The address of the property;\n(b) 1. The percentage of space which the agency reconfigured or changed the\nuse of; or\n2. The percentage change in the number of employees;\n(c) The factors which prompted the reconfiguration, change in use, or change in\nnumber of employees; and\n(d) Any other relevant information requested by the Finance and Administration\nCabinet.\n(3) The provisions of this section shall not apply when the property involved covers\nless than one thousand (1,000) square feet.\n(4) This section shall expire July 13, 1998.","path":["KRS Chapter 56"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=22709","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:49:11Z","sha256":"bc1e4fd5daa43eee932045c27da48630218abd9336e1e9328f35218720d0f734","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-56.813","next":"us-ky/krs-56.814"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
