{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-56.8167","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 56.8167","heading":"Per diem of members who are not state employees -- Reimbursement for","body":"costs incurred.\n(1) Selection committee members who are not state employees shall receive a salary of\none hundred dollars ($100) per day for those days authorized by the selection\ncommittee for selection committee activities.\n(2) Selection committee members who are state employees shall not receive a salary for\ntheir time spent on selection committee activities, and the state government salaries\nof these committee members shall not be reduced due to time spent away from other\nstate government activities.\n(3) All selection committee members shall be reimbursed for costs necessarily incurred\nin carrying out their duties.
