{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-56.8171","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 56.8171","heading":"Certification by selection committee members -- Auditor's report to","body":"Capital Projects and Bond Oversight Committee.\n(1) After the department has awarded the proposed built -to-suit lease to a firm, but\nbefore the lease is submitted to the Capital Projec ts and Bond Oversight Committee\nfor review, the commissioner shall supply a copy of the proposed lease to each\nmember of the selection committee.\n(2) The secretary of the Finance and Administration Cabinet, commissioner of the\ndepartment, and each voting m ember of the selection committee shall sign separate\ncertificates, devised by the department, which shall provide the signatory with the\noption of certifying that, to the best of his knowledge, he is either aware or unaware\nof circumstances which may constitute a willful violation of KRS 56.800 to 56.823\nwhich has arisen in the procurement process.\n(3) The representative of the Auditor of Public Accounts shall prepare and file a report\nwith the Capital Projects and Bond Oversight Committee certifying that t he\napplicable procedural provisions of KRS 56.800 to 56.823 were met.","path":["KRS Chapter 56"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=22717","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:49:12Z","sha256":"790224dbbe3de8d215db054b1b4590013955327a84eb77f19f1674d885003f44","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-56.8169","next":"us-ky/krs-56.8173"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
