{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-56.819","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 56.819","heading":"Procedure upon change in ownership of leased premises.","body":"(1) When there is a change in ownership in leased premises, the new owner shall\nfurnish the Division of Real Properties, within the Department for Facilities and\nSupport Services, with a copy of the deed or other instrument of conveyance by\nwhich the new owner acquired title to the property or the right to payment under the\nlease and other evidence in support of his claim to the payment of rent under the\nlease the Division of Real Properties may request.
