The Acts and the\nJournals of the General Assembly shall be printed and bound and delivered\nrespectively within sixty (60) days and one hundred eighty (180) days after the end\nof the session to the Legislative Research Commission for distribution, under the\npenalty of forfeiture of the bond of the contractors.
