The clerk of\neach house of the General Assembly shall promptly furnish to the printer copies of\nbills, reports, resolutions, and other papers.\n(2) The Legislative Research Commission shall prepare indexes to the acts of the\nGeneral Assembly and the journals of the Senate a nd House and have the acts\nproofread by the enrolled bills. The Commission shall refer to the section number\naffected for any section of the Kentucky Revised Statutes or of the Rules of Practice\namended or repealed by any act.
