{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-57.370","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 57.370","heading":"State-owned books to be marked for identification.","body":"When deemed by the Finance and Administration Cabinet to be desirable or necessary,\nconsistent with all relevant factors concerning acquisition and use, all public books of the\nstate shall be designated as public property by placing on the title page, \"Pro perty of the\nState of Kentucky,\" and the binder shall press those words on the cover. The words,\n\"Property of the Commonwealth of Kentucky,\" may also be used for such purpose.
