{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-605.115","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 605.115","heading":"Access to Medicaid funding for local school districts providing funding","body":"matches for services for eligible children with disabilities.\nThe commissioner of the Department of Juvenile Justice and the secretary of the Cabinet\nfor Health and Family Services, with the cooperation of the Kentucky Board of Education\nand the commissioner of education, shall implement policies to assure that local school\ndistricts providing a funding match shall have direct access to Medicaid funding as\nMedicaid providers for th e provision of health -related services to eligible children with\ndisabilities under the age of twenty-one (21) years of age. They shall develop policies and\nprocedures so the Department of Education can transfer the local school districts'\nmatching funds to the Department for Medicaid Services.
