{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-61.167","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 61.167","heading":"Smoking prohibited in public areas of Capitol and Capitol Annex -- \"Public","body":"area\" defined -- Each branch may designate smoking areas -- Requirements\nfor smoking area.\n(1) As of July 13, 2004, there shall be no smoking in public areas of the Capitol or\nCapitol Annex, except as permitted in subsection (2) of this section. For purposes of\nthis section, \"public area\" means any hallway, office shared by more than one (1)\nperson, stairwell, restroom, meeting room, cafeteria, or conference room.\n(2) The governi ng authority for each branch of state government, each in regard to\nspace allocated to and occupied by that respective branch of state government, may\ndesignate one (1) or more smoking areas in the Capitol and one (1) or more\nsmoking areas in the Capitol A nnex.
