{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-61.380","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 61.380","heading":"Certain counties may pay attendance expenses of officers at conferences,","body":"meetings or hearings -- Statement of expenses to be filed.\n(1) In any county containing a city of the first class, the members of the fiscal court and\nany of its employees, the co unty judge/executive and county attorney and his\nassistants, when duly authorized by a majority vote of the fiscal court of such\ncounty, may attend conferences, meetings, legislative or judicial hearings upon\nmatters pertaining to county government or to t he county's business, and the\nexpenses of such attendance shall be borne and paid out of the county levy in the\nmanner provided by such authorization.\n(2) Before any such expenses are so paid by the fiscal court, the attendant at any such\nmeeting, conference or hearing shall, within ten (10) days after his return therefrom\nfile with the fiscal court an itemized statement of all expenses incurred by him, and\nsuch statement shall be a public record and spread at large upon the minute book of\nsuch court.","path":["KRS Chapter 61"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=22932","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:49:14Z","sha256":"ea83722451cfc7cf7ba493d27a986c1cb0562fd7679431dba6a3a653a0454b0a","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-61.379","next":"us-ky/krs-61.385"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
