{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-61.392","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 61.392","heading":"Cabinets to report to Legislative Research Commission on number of full -","body":"time employees and full-time equivalents working under contract.\n(1) Within fifteen (15) days after April 5, 2010, and on a quarterly basis thereafter, the\nsecretary of the Personn el Cabinet shall report to the Legislative Research\nCommission the number of employees in each program cabinet and department of\nthe executive branch of state government. The report shall include the number of all\nfull-time classified and unclassified employees employed pursuant to KRS Chapters\n16, 18A, and 151B, listed by cabinet and department.\n(2) Within fifteen (15) days after April 5, 2010, and on a quarterly basis thereafter, the\nsecretary of the Finance and Administration Cabinet shall report to the Legislative\nResearch Commission the number of individuals working on a full -time equivalent\nand recurring basis, listed by contract or agreement and cabinet.\n(3) As used in this section, \"recurring basis\" means continuous employment for a\nperiod of not less than ninety (90) days.","path":["KRS Chapter 61"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=22936","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:49:14Z","sha256":"659c0d7c4d75a62ff47dc79b912dcdb67444f7d14546a74167a5aa049d669b5f","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-61.390","next":"us-ky/krs-61.394"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
