{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-61.407","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 61.407","heading":"Transfer of leave balances and retirement service credits from unified","body":"prosecutorial system to executive branch.\nAny other statute to the contrary notwithstanding, the Executive Department of\ngovernment shall accept from the unified prosecutorial system all accrued annual and sick\nleave balances and service credits of employees leaving the unified prosecutorial system\nand accepting appointments to the Executive Department. These leave balances shall be\nattested to by the former employer of the employee and shall not exceed those limits\nestablished by statute or administrative regulation for employees of the Executive\nDepartment.
