{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-61.547","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 61.547","heading":"Transfer of annual and sick leave balances by employees.","body":"Any other statute to the contrary notwithstanding, the Executive Department of\ngovernment shall accept from the Judicial and Legislative Departments of government,\nall accrued annual and sick leave balances and service credits of employees leaving such\ndepartments and accepting appointments to the Executive Department. These leave\nbalances shall be attested to by the former employer of the employee and shall not exceed\nthose limits established by statute or administrative regulation for employees of the\nExecutive Department.
