{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-61.740","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 61.740","heading":"Information required to be filed.","body":"(1) Persons required to file information under KRS 61.710 to 61.780 shall file with the\nRegistry of Election Finance the following:\n(a) A description of each financial interest, direct or indirect, of a value of $1,000\nor greater of himself, his spouse and his  dependents, and his principal\nemployer. Exempted from this disclosure are interests in the form of accounts\nin banks, savings and loan associations, and credit unions and equity interests\nvalued at less than $1,000.\n(b) A list of every office, directorshi p or employment held by the subject\nindividual and by his spouse and dependents and his principal employer in any\nentity regardless of the income received or equity held, excepting such\nactivities in political, religious or charitable entities if compensat ion of less\nthan $1,000 per year is received.\n(c) A list of all entities to whom the subject individual and his principal employer\nfurnished compensated services valued at more than $1,000 during the period\ncovered by the report.\n(2) The values of the inte rests required to be reported under this section need not be\ndisclosed. Any entity required to be reported under this section need not be\nidentified by name. Such entity may instead be identified by the principal types of\neconomic activities in which it en gages, together with such additional detail, to be\nprescribed by the registry, as will fairly indicate its interests.
