In considering locations for public meetings, the agency\nshall evaluate space requirements, seating capacity, and acoustics.\n(2) All public agencies shall provide for a schedule of regular meetings by ordinance,\norder, resolution, bylaws, or by whatever other means may be required for the\nconduct of business of that public agency.
