{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-62.050","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 62.050","heading":"Bonds -- When to be given.","body":"(1) Except as otherwise provided by statute, no officer required by law to give bond\nshall enter upon the duties of his office until he gives the bond, except in years\nwhere the first Monday in January falls upon January 1.
