{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-62.140","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 62.140","heading":"Premiums on bonds paid by state, when.","body":"(1) Each county clerk, jailer and sheriff whose fees are paid into the State Treasury, and\nwho has the bond required of him by law executed by an incorporated surety\ncompany authorized to do a surety business in Kentucky, shall have a claim against\nthe state f or the amount of the premium paid by him, payable as other claims are\npaid, but only if the fees theretofore paid into the State Treasury by such officer are\nsufficient to pay the premium in addition to his other official expenses theretofore\nincurred that are entitled to be paid out of such fees.
