{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-62.155","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 62.155","heading":"Sheriff's general obligation bonds and state revenue bond, state to pay","body":"premiums on.\nWith the exception of the sheriff's county levy bond, and with the exception of those\nbonds upon which the premium is now paid by the state or county, each sheriff sha ll have\na valid claim against the state for the amounts paid by him for premiums on the bonds\nrequired of him by law, when the bonds have been executed by an incorporated surety\ncompany authorized to do a surety business in Kentucky, and when the claims are verified\nby the sheriff's affidavit.
