No bond sha ll be accepted\nuntil it has been approved by the Attorney General as to form and legality, except\nthe bond of the Attorney General which shall be accepted when approved in such\nrespects by the Governor.\n(2) All bonds given pursuant to KRS 62.160 to 62.190, except the bond of the Secretary\nof State, shall be filed in the office of the Secretary of State.
