{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-620.027","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 620.027","heading":"District Court's concurrent jurisdiction for child custody and visitation in","body":"permanent placement cases.\nThe District Court has jurisdiction, concurrent with that of the Circuit Court, to determine\nmatters of child custody and visitation in cases that come before the District Court where\nthe need for a permanent placement and custody order is established as set forth in this\nchapter. The District Court, in making these determinations, shall utilize the provisions of\nKRS Chapter 403 relating to child cus tody and visitation.
