The State\nCitizen Foster Care Review Board shall consist of all chairmen of the local foster\ncare review boards.\n(2) The State Citizen Foster Care Review Board shall biennially elect a c hairman and\nvice chairman to serve in the absence of the chairman.\n(3) The State Citizen Foster Care Review Board shall meet at least annually, and more\nfrequently upon the call of the chairman, or as the board shall determine.\n(4) Members of the State Cit izen Foster Care Review Board may only receive\ncompensation for travel mileage cost and overnight lodging at a rate consistent with\nthat provided to state employees as provided under the law of the Commonwealth.","path":["KRS Chapter 620"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=48058","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T21:00:08Z","sha256":"8ef780cf5b2e2d822c2ff63d008c99fab9f0308d95365de36502c06ecbd2a25e","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-620.300","next":"us-ky/krs-620.320"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
