All\nCASA volunteers, local board members, program directors, and staff shall be\neligible for membership in the association. Other categories of membership may be\ncreated by the association.\n(2) The association shall meet annually to elect a board of directors to manage the\nbusiness of the association. The board shall, annually, elect a president, a vice\npresident, a secretary, and a treasurer.
