The data shall be reported to the Le gislative Research\nCommission for referral to the Interim Joint Committees on Judiciary and Families\nand Children.\n(2) By December 1, 2026, and annually thereafter until December 1, 2029, the Cabinet\nfor Health and Family Services shall collect data detail ing the length of time that\neach child remains in foster care placement prior to the filing of a petition for\ninvoluntary termination of parental rights.
