{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-64.625","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 64.625","heading":"Compensation of physicians employed by county, city -county, or district","body":"health departments.\nPhysicians employed by county, city -county, and district health departments may, upon\nwritten recommendation of the hiring and paying authorities expressly appr oved in\nwriting by the secretary for health and family services, receive compensation in excess of,\nand without regard to, any limitation imposed by any existing statute, as employees of\nlocal health units. Such rates shall be based upon studies of the dut ies and responsibilities\nof the positions and upon a comparison for rates being paid for similar or comparable\nservices elsewhere.
