{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-645.105","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 645.105","heading":"Certification -- Forms -- Fees.","body":"(1) The certification referred to in this chapter shall be in the form prescribed by the\ndepartment. The certification shall state that the child has been examined by each of\nthe qualified mental health professionals making the certification within twenty-four\n(24) hours, excluding weekends and holidays, of the date of their certification. It\nshall state the facts and circumstances upon which the judgment of the qualified\nmental health professional is based and shall be sworn to before a notary or the\nclerk or judge of the court.\n(2) The qualified mental health professional shall be entitled to a fee for examination\nand certification, to be paid by the county in which the petition is filed, upon a\ncertified copy of an order of allowance made by the court holding the hearing.","path":["KRS Chapter 645"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=20333","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T21:00:10Z","sha256":"83ca78d645edab35086e31e656d1996eccaf1174eb730edf66ca73e2a223ce00","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-645.100","next":"us-ky/krs-645.110"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
