{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-65.008","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 65.008","heading":"Expiration of term of appointed member of governing body of authority.","body":"(1) At least sixty (60) days before the expiration of the term of office of an appointed\nmember of a district's governing body, the district shall notify the appointing\nauthority of the forthcoming expiration of the term of the appointed member of the\ndistrict's governing body.\n(2) Unless otherwise provided by law, appointed members of district governing bodies\nshall serve until their successors are appointed and qualified.
