{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-65.350","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 65.350","heading":"Definitions for KRS  65.350 to 65.375.","body":"As used in KRS 65.350 to 65.375:\n(1) \"Authority\" means the land bank authority established pursuant to KRS  65.210\nto 65.300 and KRS 65.350 to 65.375;\n(2) \"Agreement\" means  the interlocal cooperation agreement entered into by the\nparties pursuant to KRS 65.210 to 65.300 and KRS 65.350 to 65.375;\n(3) \"Local government\" means  every city, regardless of classification, every\ncounty,  and  every  consolidated local government  and  urban-county\ngovernment;\n(4) \"Party\" or \"parties\" means one (1) or more parties to an agreement, which shall\ninclude any local government, the local school district, which may  include\ncounty  and  independent school districts, within the county and  the\nCommonwealth  of Kentucky;\n(5) \"Property\" means real property, including any improvements thereon;\n(6) \"Tax-delinquent property\" means  any property on which the taxes levied and\nassessed by any party remain in whole or in part unpaid on the date due and\npayable; and\n(7) \"Local government lien\" means  any lien established by or in favor of a local\ngovernment under KRS Chapter 65, 82, 91, 91A, or 134.","path":["KRS Chapter 65"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=46457","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:49:21Z","sha256":"563ba5c4237fd3e1492fd7f8e458cf09afcb4fe40f39fe2e9bb8ac5a93255562","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-65.337","next":"us-ky/krs-65.352"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
