{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-65.754","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 65.754","heading":"Penalties for violations of KRS 65.752.","body":"(1) Any owner, employee, or agent of a DPTS that knowingly or wantonly violates the\nprovisions of KRS 65.752(2) shall be fined not less than twenty -five dollars ($25)\nnor more than two hundred dollars ($200) or imprisoned in the county jail for not\nmore than n inety (90) days, or both.
