{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-65.7633","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 65.7633","heading":"Promulgation of administrative regulations by board.","body":"(1) The Kentucky 911 Services Board shall implement the provisions of KRS 65.7621\nto 65.7643 through the promulgation of administrative regulations in accordance\nwith the provisions of KRS Chapter 13A.\n(2) The board shall promulgate regulations:\n(a) Establishing procedures for the submission of plans or modifications of plans\nto the board, for its review and approval or disapproval, for complying with\nthe wireless E911 service requirements established by the FCC order and any\nrules and regulations which are or may be adopted by the Federal\nCommunications Commission in carrying out the FCC order, including but\nnot limited to projections of anticipated costs and expenses necessary for\ndesigning, upgrading, purchasing, leasing, programming, testing, installing, or\nmaintaining on an ongoing basis all necessary data, hardware, and software\nrequired in order to provide this service;\n(b) Establishing procedures and guidelines to be followed by the board in\nreviewing, evaluating, and approving or disapproving the plans o r\nmodifications of plans that are submitted to it in accordance with the\nprocedures promulgated under paragraph (a) of this subsection;\n(c) Establishing procedures and guidelines to be followed by the board in\nreviewing, evaluating, and approving or disapp roving disbursements from the\nCMRS fund and requests for disbursements under KRS 65.7631(3), (4), and\n(5); and\n(d) Establishing procedures and guidelines for resolving disputes regarding\nreimbursable costs and expenses under KRS 65.7631(3), (4), and (5).","path":["KRS Chapter 65"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=45292","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:49:22Z","sha256":"85820a767d3d9a98e5e7b0172cd2a19e7c68545076a855a206f91c0215ab6311","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-65.7631","next":"us-ky/krs-65.7634"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
