Any\nperson who knowingly uses or attempts to use wireless emergency telephone service for a\npurpose other than obtaining public safety assistance or who knowingly uses or attempts\nto use wireless emergency telephone service in an effort to avoid any CMRS service\ncharges shall be guilty of a Class A misdemeanor.
