{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-66.540","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 66.540","heading":"Agreement of board and sinking fund commissioners of city for common","body":"use of employees.\nThe board and the commissioners of any sinking fund of any city of the first class within\nthe county may make an agreement under KRS 65.210 to 65.300 or KRS 79.110 t o\n79.180 for the main purpose of having the employees of that sinking fund perform\nfunctions relating to debt service, fiscal management, and investment of funds that would\notherwise be performed by employees of the board. Any such agreement shall be\nconstrued and carried out in a manner which in no way impairs either the performance of\nthe employees' duties to the sinking fund or the assets of the sinking fund.
