Minutes of the proceedings of each meeting\nshall be prepared and submitted for approval at the next succeeding meeting.\n(2) Every official action of the fiscal court shall be made a part of the permanent\nrecords of the county.\n(3) The county budget ordinance shall be indexed so that each index list covers one (1)\nfiscal year and shall be listed in such index no later than thirty (30) days after\npassage and any required approval.\n(4) County ordinances other than the  county budget ordinance shall be indexed in a\ncomposite index of all county ordinances in force, and shall be listed in the index no\nlater than thirty (30) days after passage and any required approval.\n(5) A copy of all records required by this section s hall be kept in the office of the\ncounty clerk.","path":["KRS Chapter 67"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=23697","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:49:25Z","sha256":"b5f478228c36c6f5ea79146204bd11f63932ed4e141f09c981172b0930c440bb","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-67.090","next":"us-ky/krs-67.110"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
