{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-67.485","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 67.485","heading":"Plans and specifications, approval -- Bids.","body":"When any county buildings commission desires to construct, remodel or improve a\nbuilding under the provisions of KRS 67.480, the county buildings commission shall by\nresolution cause plans and specifications for the building to be duly made and filed in th e\noffice of the county clerk. The plans and specifications shall give a full description of the\nbuilding to be constructed, remodeled or improved, the details thereof and the manner of\nconstruction. The plans and specifications shall be prepared by an arch itect selected by\nthe county buildings commission and approved by the county.
