{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-67.682","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 67.682","heading":"County cemetery fund -- Administrative regulations relating to county","body":"cemetery board.\n(1) The Department for Local Government shall establish a county cemetery fund to\nreceive appropriations, gifts, grants, federal funds, revolving funds, and any other\nfunds from public and private sources.\n(a) Moneys deposited in the fund shall be disbursed by the State Treasurer and\nany unallocated or unencumbered balances in the fund shall be invested as\nprovided in KRS 42.500(9).\n(b) Income earned from investment, i ncluding unallotted or unencumbered\nbalances in the fund, shall not lapse, shall be returned to the Department for\nLocal Government, and may be redistributed to other counties.\n(2) The Department for Local Government shall promulgate administrative regulat ions\nrelated to responsibilities of the boards, grant appropriation amounts and eligible\nexpenditures, application and reporting procedures, accountability criteria for grant\nrecipients, and other issues of importance to the board's operation.","path":["KRS Chapter 67"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=23767","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:49:26Z","sha256":"201c5169d149ea1c4fc0904261f45d35a3b6626954cb10ef2333552ddb5a1850","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-67.680","next":"us-ky/krs-67.700"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
