{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-67.715","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 67.715","heading":"Reorganization powers.","body":"(1) The county judge/executive may create, abolish, or combine any county department\nor agency or transfer a function from one department or agency to another, provided\nthat he shall first submit plans for such reorganization to the fiscal court.
