{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-67.835","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 67.835","heading":"Redistricting of charter county government legislative districts.","body":"Notwithstanding any contrary provision of the comprehensive plan of a charter county\ngovernment, the legislative body of a charter county government may defer redistricting\nof the legislative districts of the body subsequent to each decennial census by the  United\nStates Bureau of Census, until after completion of the redistricting of General Assembly\nseats within the charter county subsequent to the census. The redistricting of charter\ncounty government legislative districts shall be effective for the first  regular charter\ncounty government primary election scheduled more than one hundred eighty (180) days\nafter completion of the redistricting.
