{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-67a.590","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 67A.590","heading":"Payment of moneys from fund.","body":"(1) The officers of the government designated by law to draw warrants on the\ngovernment treasury, shall on request in writing by the board, draw warrants on the\ncommissioner of finance, payable to the treasurer of the board, against moneys of\nthe fund.\n(2) Moneys ordered paid from the fund to any person shall be paid by the treasurer\nonly, upon warrant signed by the president of the board and countersigned by the\nsecretary.
