{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-67a.660","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 67A.660","heading":"Rehearing by board.","body":"After a determination has been made on any application by the board, any interested\nperson may, within twenty (20) days after notice of the determination or finding of the\nboard, apply for a rehearing with respect to any of the matters determined by the bo ard.\nThe application shall specify the matter of which a rehearing is sought. The board shall\nfix the time for the rehearing at the board's next scheduled regular meeting held after the\nsame is filed with the secretary of the board, in no event to be less than sixty (60) days\nfrom the date the application is filed unless otherwise agreed by the parties. Upon the\nrehearing a complete transcript shall be made of all evidence presented. The cost of such\ntranscript shall be borne equally by the applicant for th e rehearing and the board.
