{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-67a.912","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 67A.912","heading":"Definitions.","body":"As used in this chapter unless the context requires otherwise:\n(1) \"Authority\" means a local parking authority as created by KRS 67A.914.\n(2) \"Commissioner\" means a person appointed to serve on the governing body  of a\nlocal parking authority.\n(3) \"District\" means an area designated by the ordinance creating, under the supervision\nof the local parking authority, a local parking district that is deemed to be specially\nbenefited.\n(4) \"Subdistrict\" means a part of a district having a different degree of benefit from the\nremainder of the district.\n(5) \"Local legislative body\" means the governing body of any urban-county government\nwhether it be designated as a city commission, city council or any other similar\ndesignation.\n(6) \"Project\" means any undertaking within or near a local parking district.","path":["KRS Chapter 67A"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=23979","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:49:29Z","sha256":"7788aa2335162d267b4b36d8dae236a7a57e479a683be36cac585f0554423dbf","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-67a.910","next":"us-ky/krs-67a.914"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
