{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-67c.141","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 67C.141","heading":"Powers and responsibilities of mayor and other officers of consolidated","body":"local government.\n(1) Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary, any statute which confers any rights,\npowers, privileges, immunities, or responsibilities upon the county judg e/executive\nin a county formerly containing a city of the first class and presently having a\nconsolidated local government, is hereby deemed to confer such rights, powers,\nprivileges, immunities, and responsibilities upon the mayor of the consolidated local\ngovernment.\n(2) Any statute which confers any rights, powers, privileges, immunities, or\nresponsibilities upon a fiscal court in a county formerly containing a city of the first\nclass and now having a consolidated local government, is hereby deemed to co nfer\nsuch rights, powers, privileges, immunities, and responsibilities upon the officer or\nofficers in whom such functions are vested in the consolidated local government by\nKRS 67C.103(1) and 67C.105(1), respectively.
