{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-67c.307","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 67C.307","heading":"First meeting of board -- Officers -- Rules -- Voting.","body":"(1) The board shall meet within thirty (30) days of the creation of the board and the\nmembers shall select from among themselves a chairman and vice chairman and\nadopt such rules, regulations, and bylaws not inconsistent with KRS 67C.301 to\n67C.327 for the nec essary operation of the board. In all nondisciplinary matters\nrequiring a vote, a majority of the board members present and voting shall\ndetermine any questions, provided that at least three (3) board members are present\nto constitute a quorum.\n(2) In cases of discipline, four (4) members of the board shall be present to constitute a\nquorum, one (1) of which shall be a police officer as defined in KRS 67C.305(3).","path":["KRS Chapter 67C"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=24029","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:49:29Z","sha256":"046ad30059e78561098d55143efb2c90123435b0d51fc8812a1fece510083ff7","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-67c.305","next":"us-ky/krs-67c.309"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
