{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-67c.414","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 67C.414","heading":"Requirements for an agreement -- Enforcement in Circuit Court.","body":"(1) Any agreement reached by the negotiators shall be reduced to writing and shall be\nexecuted by both parties.\n(2) An agreement between the consolidated local government and a labor organization\nshall be valid and enforced under its terms when entered into in accordance with the\nprovisions of this section and signed by the mayor of the consolidated local\ngovernment or the mayor's representative. No publication thereof shall be required\nto make it effective.
