{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-68.005","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 68.005","heading":"County administrative code.","body":"(1) The fiscal court shall adopt a county administrative code which includes, but is not\nlimited to, procedures and designation of responsibility for:\n(a) General administration of the office of county judge/executive, county\nadministrative agencies, and public authorities;\n(b) Administration of county fiscal affairs, including budget formulation, receipt\nand disbursement of county funds and preparation of records required for the\ncounty audit, and the filing of claims against the county;\n(c) Personnel administ ration, including description and classification of\nnonelected positions, selection, assignment, supervision and discipline of\nemployees, employee complaints and the county affirmative action program;\n(d) County purchasing and award of contracts;\n(e) Delivery of county services.\n(2) The fiscal court shall review the county administrative code annually during the\nmonth of June and may by a two -thirds (2/3) majority of the entire fiscal court\namend the county administrative code at that time.
