{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-68.130","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 68.130","heading":"Auditor and assistant auditor for consolidated local government or county","body":"having city of first class -- Salary -- Bond.\nA consolidated local government or the fiscal court of each county containing a city of the\nfirst class may appoint an auditor and an assistant auditor, to hold office at the pleasure of\nthe consolidated local government or fiscal court. The auditor and assistant auditor shall\neach receive an annual salary to be fixed by the consolidated local government or fiscal\ncourt and paid out of  the consolidated local government or county levy.
