{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-7.131","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 7.131","heading":"Official version of the Kentucky Revised Statutes.","body":"(1) The Legislative Research Commission shall maintain the official version of the\nKentucky Revised Statutes in an electronic database that shall be used in bill\ndrafting for the Kentucky General Assembly and made available to the public as\nprovided by KRS 7.500.\n(2) The official version of the Kentucky Revised Statutes shall contain all permanent\nlaws of a general nature that are in force in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.\n(3) In maintaining the official version of the Kentucky Revised Statutes, the\nCommission m ay omit all laws of a private, local, or temporary nature, including\nlaws for the appropriation of money, and memorials and joint and concurrent\nresolutions.
